O&J HARVEST FARMING LIMITED provides agricultural products and services including but not limited to:

• Fish farming products (catfish, tilapia, fingerlings)
• Poultry products (live chickens, eggs, day-old chicks)
• Crop farming products (vegetables, root crops)
• Livestock feed processing and sales
• Agricultural consultation services

2.1 Order Placement

• Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special pricing for bulk orders is available upon request.

2.3 Payment

• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (for eligible orders) and other agreed payment methods.
• Full or partial payment may be required before product delivery.

3.1 Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order size.
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within agreed timelines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

3.2 Product Receipt

• Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
• Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the products unless defects are noted at the time of delivery.

4.1 Quality Standards

• We guarantee that all products are of good quality and freshness at the time of delivery.
• Live animals (fish, poultry) are guaranteed healthy at the time of delivery.
• All products comply with applicable health and safety standards.

4.2 Complaints

• Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items.
• We will investigate all valid complaints and provide appropriate remedies including replacement or refund where applicable.

5.1 Return Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
• Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returned products must be in their original condition.

5.2 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of an approved return.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

O&J HARVEST FARMING LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
• Loss or damage resulting from a customer's improper handling, storage or care of products after delivery.
• Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of O&J HARVEST FARMING LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
